  Are they telling nobody from the town can fix this so called deplorable building, they wants to make it sounds like some village which I know it is not true, so somebody better fix that shit as soon as possible....

The amount represents duty for goods he cleared at the Tema Port with 44 dud cheques in 2015, plus interest.
