The diplomatic passport is to facilitate government travel and work. Once you cease to be in government you have to surrender your diplomatic passport. You become an ordinary person who cannot carry pdiplomatic passport. A diplomatic passport in the hands in the lost NDC government officials and members of parliament can only end up in criminality and to the disgrace of all Ghanaians. I wonder if dead goat also qualifies to hold a diplomatic passport. Collect them from them all.

The bar of suspicion is indeed very high for all Ghanaians and especially those travelling on Ghanaian passports. It is the way immigration officers examine Ghanaian passports.. infra-red light, ultraviolet scan, X-ray etc; all these after extensive page by page passport examination to detect fraud / forgery.
It is an embarrassment to be a Ghanaian passport holder at a foreign airport.
If only the MPs knew how information is shared between European embassies in Ghana and the accuracy of British data storage and retrieval, they won't bother to lie or falsify documents.
Now every MP is a suspect. What a shame because we all suffer in the end!!!

I will sympathize with the MPs found culpable in this issue. The pressure on them from party activists and their families, is very intense. When it comes to obtaining visas to enable travel especially, to greenfield countries, as they know it here in Ghana. The MPs may have guinueinly supported these party activists. But have been badly hurt by the behavior of those they have helped.

This kind of fraud is a daily occurence in Ghana --in the Ministries and other State Institutions--where one pays thousands of Pounds to be included in a visiting delegation--so Ghanaians should watchout
