There is no denying that the GFA is the adminitrative authority here but as far as hiring coaches goes, the rule of thumb is to hire the coach WITH HIS TEAM OF ASSISTANT(S), not the way the GFA has it set up. You get the best results when the coach gets to bring in people that he works well with. The idiot has got it all ass backwards, and if that really is a GFA policy then it needs to be changed pronto.
