I do not have time for insults, cos I see the majority of postings here gravitate in that direction eventually although one or two might make meaningful points in their quest to educate others on the issue at hand. I will just hope to meet you in person and shed some light in your path so you can see the world and it's people in an enlightened perspective. But if it happens we do not meet, try to Google some topics about world religions and how they are intertwined. You might learn something new that will make you an enlightened person so as not to make these comments in your post. God gave us two eyes and two ears and one mouth. It means you listen and see twice as much but say little. Silence is always golden .

I do not subscribe to traditional forms of religion but the fact is traditional Ga was led to Ghana and largely led (in modern times ie today) by Wulomei so I understand the cultural significance of the practices of Homowo. I suspect the suspension of burial probably has something to do with purification. Some of these edicts are really not that dissimilar to Jewish customes. Try living in Israel and telling them that as a muslim you want to bury your dead on their Passover…..
