  The Hon. Minister spoke out of ignorance because the basis of bonding student is to commit them for a condition precedent. So why pay them allowance. Either you stop the allowance and free for all to show ability to perform as a matter of competing with the private nursing student. So Hon research well before you speak. That Minister needs help otherwise more errors on her side due to lack of knowledge

  The government can benefit from nurses when proper arrangements are made. Besides the developed countries where nurses are in great demand, our neighboring countries are also in need of nurses. Even, Ghana does not have adequate number of nurses. With proper arrangements nurses can help in other countries for the mutual benefit of both countries .i.e Ghana and whichever country may be involved
