The gangs and other unlawful groups saw how the Ashanti police cammand dealt with the thugs from Delta force.So they think they don't have much to be afraid of from the police. They have assumed that they have more staYing power than the police and have come out of the shadows. The sad thing is that if the police fails to win over the people soon people will start taking the law into their own hands like it used to be under Mahama.

Central Region police command must fi same to flash Land guards operating at Gomoa Fetteh and its environs organised by a so called chief of Gomoa Fetteh.
These thugs continue to commit so many atrocities including murder and attempted murder but the police simply looks on.
Several petition has been sent to the police but no action. Even the paramount chief has made a police report and still no action.
The fact is that there's no chief at Gomoa Fetteh for the past 20 years and the land is being sold without any accountability using these land guards who wield dangerous weapons smoking wee and terrorising people. The police station has been removed from the town given a free space for these land guards or chieftancy thugs to operate with impunity.
We shouldn't wait till bloodshed happens before the police act.
