The truth is that when the Western trained professinals try to come home, the Ghanaians go out of their way to make it difficult for them to settle and contribute their quota. It's not about the economics. When any seasoned pro decides to come home, they have to forgo a lot of ecomomic benefits to come. Where ever you are, try to find out from such pro's and you will be amazed the frustrations they face when they come.
