  WHEN PEOPLE OF GHANA D NOT KNOW OF ANNUAL REPORTS OF THE BANK OF GHANA,COMMERCIAL BANK, SSNIT, LOTTERY, DVLC, GHANA GRAPHIC, TOLLS, CUSTOM DUTIES, TAXES and landing fees of air carriers, HOW WILL DO THEY KNOW ABOUT ILLICIT FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS AFFECTING THE STATE OF GHANA.
  
  GHANAIAN EDUCATED HAS ONLY ONETHING IN MIND, HOW TO AMASS WEALTH THROUGH EXPLOITATION AND CHEATING OF HIS FELLOW CITIZENS.

  We really need financial discipline in all the sectors of our economy and any culprit should be brought to book. We should not take things for granted and let things go just like that. Our leaders have been lax and unconcerned for so long. We need positive change in our finances for any meaningful development to take place in the country. Lord have mercy!
