It's nice, but Spio was part of the Cabinet of previous NDC govts. Could he share these with his colleagues in govt, or at least with the minister of education at that time ? Who is he advising now ? Nana Addo or Napo ?. This idea is a good one, but he could have been more effective in influencing its adoption & implementation when he had the power to do so.But he didn't Or does he want to use these speeches as a platform to lead his dormant paty ?
