So when they say Kennedy Agyepong is scheming to jail Ibrahim Mahama is in context of a weak systems and Institutions. In the developed world your assertion could hold but with a porous and corrupt system like ours it likely Kennedy Agyepong can do because he is in government and has all the power to do it. So people have better heads on their bodies and can think very far

Because people know as long as they are affiliated with a particular party,no matter his/her offense theywill always get people to support them,even though they have committed a crime against the State.
Examples abound everywhere.
When Mr Ken Agyapong was invited by the BNI,NPP supporters besieged the BNI headquarters,same as Mr Woyomi,and now Mr Ibrahim Mahama.
In Mr Woyomi 's case even Chiefs traveled as far as from the Volta Region to Accra.
I really don't know where our allegiances lie as citizens,whether to the Nation Ghana,or to the veroius pilitical parties,or to individuals who are using politics to ride on our shoulders to become rich and famous?
The worst part of it is,those who follow these offenders,gets little or nothing from their dealings.
Untill we allow our laws to work,people will take advantage of this party loyalty to loot us all the time
Crime is a crime,no matter which political party member committed it.

Let me add my to this people. In the court of law, there is something called" premeditation "and that is exactly what Ibrahim Mahama did. People are using witch hunting because Akuffo Addo mentioned that. That fact is, Ibrahim Mahama would have been in prison not jail cells if he was here in US for writing got checks.The man took advantage of his brother and did that. When people in abroad sends foods, used clothes to their beloved ones, they are forced to pay cash before they can get it out, and woe be tides you if it's a vehicle, and don't have the money right away for clearance you vehicle would be seized but, Ibrahim, he was able to clear his stuffs knowingly that his checks was going to bounce. Ghana is a lawless country else he needs to stand trial and prosecuted. So to all those calling for witch hunting needs to stop and face reality.
