  If a local player meets thE standards, why not? However, no talented local player has been known to stay in the local scene for more than one season. Appiah will have a revolving door and will be frustrated if he goes this route. So will he drop them and call other locals after they move such countries as Thailand, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan etc to continue his policy of giving local players opportunities? ??
  The best thing is to call up the best Ghanaian players irrespective of their location !!!!

Call them. If they end up securing European contracts, all the better. Hopefully, they go and become even better so they keep getting callups for bstar. If you fail to give someone their opportunity to shine. Don't you know you are challenging God? You, the national team coach will fail to achieve your objective. If someone deserves to shine.
