Most Africans including some Ghanaians do not want to do the right thing by following simple rules. Look at this US Lottery Visa Thing, some people have established Comm. Centers and Offices who go round secondary school and some Tertiary Institutions to register student for the lottery. When you win, they tell pay $5000 for them to process excluding the medical bills when the thing just cost $150 to process. If you don't want to pay, they tell you need $1000, and you get problems don't come to them. I sat in house to process my nephews application that took just an hour to fill the DV Forms over the net. Some Ghanaians want quick money and are just exploiting innocent people. The MPs for Ghana was doing why should they get visa's for their children, wives, cousins, nephews and others. They have made Ghana Government to be like a profit making machine.
