According to the information, the authorities were informed before the said container got to the port.The question one should ask is ,which party was in government before the container arrived. How many days did the election take place and how many days was the government handed to the new administration. Taken cognisance of the questions put across, if indeed the said cocaine can not be traced, then it will be appropriate to start the investigations from the past administration.
