How can they hit back hard when caught looting. Check the rate of bonds in the US and tell us - interests on bonds are around 2-5% so why is Ghana paying 19% and don't forget originally it was higher 25% for 15 years for over ...

That is too much looting and calls for jail time of Minister. He is looting Ghana too much!

Why is Minister so silent for looting Ghana for 15 years into the future at 19%interest rate on over $2 billion? Where has this happen before? Any examples? If this looting is not stop now then more are coming - then more looting will come in $billions. I can raised same money at 10% interest and make lots of profit and save Ghana lots of money. Minister is going to be making billions of dollars on Ghana for 15 years and more - that. Is what this means. Don't forget this Minister was already mentioned in Panana Papers and now he is looting more for his investment in Pananama and other offshore accounts. Taking money on ordinary credit cards in the West is at the rate of 19%. Bonds in the West are sold at 2-5% interest rates. You can see this rates on website of the banks in the west. This information is no secret so why is this minister looting Ghana?

In the west insecure bank loans can be obtained at less than 5% interest but in Ghana the banks charge over 30% on secured loans. The difference is based on the strength of the underlying economies. This baseless arguments should therefore stop.

Don't forget the bond was bought with US dollars in the US - so it goes with US standards. Should going with Ghana standards bring that huge difference in 2 billion dollars. I can get Ghana that at 10% interest rate.
