  If the Nation WRECKERS cum SMUGGLERS and their DRUG BARONS cannot find a way to CIRCUMVENT the Processes and Procedures in Place and the Commander will NOT compromise or there is fear to Compromise by any of his Officers, they change Strategy to target the Commander and make him appear INEFFICIENT or DEFICIENT.
  
  I am saying this because I know Confidence Nyadzi. He was GROOMED by Nii Adjei Okai, the No NONSENSE CEPS BOSS of the 1990s.
  
  Confidence will NOT COMPROMISE and will NOT also give in to Political PRESSURE or any PRESSURE for that matter.
