For the records, EOCO was established on an Act of parliament under EOCO Act 2010, Act 804, by the NDC government in 2010, when Martin Amidu was then the Atty General, and was established to replace the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) with expanded mandate to effect, disrupt and arrest cyber criminals, child trafficking, bank robbery, tax evaders, wire fraud, money laundering, organized and economic crimes and some few more. In all of the above, Ibrahim Mahama has fallen squarely to the crimes. He issued 22 or 44 bad cheques to the Republuc of Ghana knowing the money was not there in his bank accounts, per the tax collecting agency, CEPS/GRA. By Ibrahim's failure to have honored the payment of his checques, he comitted wire fraud, - because the cheques went through the CHIPS, and knowingly deceived the Government of Ghana, which is count 1; and a felony. Count 2. Count 3: he evaded tax, count 4: he comitted financial and criminal act to robbering the Republic of Ghana. Thus, if you as a so-called political leader in the CPP is not knowledgeable enough of the goings on in EOCO, as part of the National Security Agwncy to prevent and avert attacks within and without the country Ghana, then Kabila you are as dumb as the word itself and you have no good reason to question the Locos of EOCO ordering ibrahim Mahama to honor his obligations to the State of Ghana. EOCO, by the very instrument of the Act of 2010, Act 804, has power to arrest, detain and prosecute Ibrahim Mahama for wire fraud/bad cheques. He is a rogue gone wide who together with his then brother, John Mahama abused the incumbercy of the Office of the President of the Republic of Ghana. He John Mahama must be pulled to answer questions for his brother's robbery of the national kitty. Kabila, you do not have to be a police officer, a student of law or an MP to educate yourself on a area like the Eoco and the basic laws of Ghana before attacking a state Agency set up to avert such acts like scamming, blue color crimes committed by Ibrahim. Kabila you are always in the news for stupid and nonsensical reasons, as for example suiting the government of Ghana on the construction of a National Cathederal for intetfaith denominational worship services. Check your facts and cross check them before you stupify your inteligience. No one, including you Kabila is above the laws of Ghana. Idiotic statements have consequencies, oguan fuon, Kabila.
