This is the problem we have in this Country.Now they mentioned those who preformed well,but not those who preformed below average.Because they feel it will be a dis grace to them,if so,then why do they access them in the first place,if there will be no consequences?
This is going on all over the place,people in state institutions will steal money from the state,when they get caught,they are only asked to pay what they stole and go scort free.
No wonder nobody is afraid to steal from the state.
If I read what is going on at the PAC sittings,then I lose hope for Ghana.People doing all sort of malice,using government assets as their own,then they stand infront of a State assessment committee like the PAC and beg for forgiveness,and that's it.
Meanwhile a hungry poor citizen who stole food to eat,and got caught goes to jail for ten years.
Is this the freedom and justice,we say we are yearning for?
