You forgot to add that it is these Danquah-Busia-Dombo (NPP) and the Rawlings traditions (PNDC, NDC) have destroyed the once beautiful and progressing Ghana. In fact these two traditions have denigrated the hope and aspiration of the youth with continuous lies, state looting, selling of natural resources to foreign national for pittance and kickback to enrich themselves.

Can any foreign national enter Britain, China, USA Canada, Australia, South Korea.... and start digging for gold and in the process destroy the land and waterbodies of these countries whilst local, regional and national leaders and state institutions and forces look on unperturbed?

I wonder where these modern day prophets who call themselves professors were when these two political traditions were decimating the nation of Ghana, selling state factories and buildings to foreign companies, cronies and selves. And I wonder where where their loyalties lie. These latter day professors have clearly demonstrated that their loyalty lie with themselves first, their parties second and the nation last. Why cant they speak the truth? I’m challenging these professors to plainly state that these two political parties have collectively destroyed the nation; there is no hope for current and future generations and Ghanaians should ditch them. What a shame!!!

Just imagine the huge money involved, even the person in the middle of this issue has said he will pay the money and so I don’t understand why those around him are fighting for him. “A person who does not have the nation at heart has issued dud cheques to an institution which is against the laws of the country. “Our party is in power now and we have the majority hand in parliament and so if the NDC are not comfortable when people are punished for squandering states money then the majority should make a law that will see to it that all those who are against such act and are always talking about political witch hunting are transferred to the Gambaga witch camp because they are all witches and don’t want the country to move forward” he said.

The Danquah-Busia tradition are notorious for corruption and looting from the national Treasury so over the years; they are perceives to have stashed billions of dollars in foreign banks which they use for campaigning.
It is suspected that they are funded by some foreign powers who have been using them to mismanage our economy.

Do we not need African unity now more than ever? Do we not need to assert our African personality in the face of the onslaught from both East and West on our culture, language and values? Do we not need to learn to exploit our abundant resources ourselves, rather than continue to rely on foreigners who only want to exploit us?

Nkrumah was a prophet without honour in his own land. He has been vindicated over and over again. Reading his books and speeches, you would think that Nkrumah foresaw the world in which we live today. All his predictions have come true. He asserted that if we did not unite, we would be balkanised and exploited. This is exactly what is happening, with foreigners controlling all the abundant resources on our continent.

Nkrumah never dies! His thoughts and deeds live on! Forward ever, backward never!

There were government established factories everywhere, 63 at the time Nkrumah was overthrown. This is the same as one district one factory being proposed today.
There was Workers brigade, Ghana State Farms, and they had stores where you could buy foodstuff and live chicken from their poultry farms. There was Food Distribution also as well as State Fishing Corporation with a fleet of 29 trawlers. These are not different from what is being proposed today as Planting for Food and jobs. In 21st century, if Nkrumah`s 7 years development plan had been allowed to be executed, by now Ghana could have taken off. The Prof. is right Nkrumahist tradition is not dwindling. It is rather dead. After the 1979 Coup de tat, most of the young Nkrumahists joined the AFRC/PNDC and till today the NDC. Personalities like the Ahwoi brothers,Totobi Kwakye, Ato Austin, and others were all captured by Rawlings during the revolution because he preached the virtues and values of Nkrumah. Meanwhile the UP tradition were resilient. A few of them like Obed Asamoah, Alhaji Iddrisu Mahama, Owusu Acheampong and co joined Rawlings. Because the UP tradition stood firm, that is why we have the NPP today. Check your facts and records.

The CPP of today has no message and cannot get far competing with the NPP and NDC for votes on lies. Dr. Bawumia is an expect liar and dummied-down Ghanaians willing to accept a 1+1 =4 argument because it is being pushed by a Ghanaian or anyone with a PhD. If the vice president Dr. Bawumia and finance minister Ken Ofori-Atta can tell Ghanaians to look somewhere else because they have saved Ghana tens of millions of dollars by refinancing Mahama era loan without guilt then the CPP truly need a new line of message. The idea behind refinance of an existing loan is to take advantage of current going interest rates. Would it not be only a fool who would say that a thief who broke into a home and took only a laptop is better than a thief who broke into the home earlier and stole the TV set? But yet this is where we are with Ghana politics where the NPP can steal Ghana blind andbit is okay because it is Nana Akufo-Addo and his men using refinance schemes to steal but stealing or misappropriation under the NDC administration could not and must never be tolerated by Ghanaians. The sad story here is that the Nana Akufo-Addo administration is able to charm or voodoo university professors and the news media outlet into dancing like puppets on strings accepting any foolish explanations from Dr. Bawumia and Ken Ofori-Atta or from Nana Akufo-Addo. You have vigilante groups roaming wild in Ghana under this NPP administrations in plain sight of security agencies and Ghana's armed forces both of which are now headed by appointees of the administration and yet this is democracy the Danquah-Busia-Dumbo envisioned.
Here is a little common sense Ghana. If the $1.5 billion loan was financed and held by a company at 24 percent interest rate how much and at what intetest rate did the company sell the remaining outstanding loan to the Ken Ofori-Atta preferred new finance company? What is the going refinance intetest rate? Anyone in Ghana who thinks the new finance company bought the outstanding loan and refinanced it at 19 percent without making huge amount of profit is not only ignorant but stupid as they come in Ghana. So right out of the gates, Dr. Bawumia and Ken Ofori-Atta have secured millions of dollars for themselves with this refinance scheme while every moron in Ghana of the journalist and the NPP kind sing the praises of Dr. Bawumia and Ofori-Atta. In this sea of ignorance the CPP does not stand a chance selling old stale news; they need to point out facts and support with data/figures.
