If not for indiscipline and corruption,how can this happen?
Our law enforcement agencies are more interested in taking GHC2,00 from offenders than to protect lives,when they are being paid to do.
My condolences to the bereaved family,I wish the Injured a speedy recovery.
What a Country,it is so sad,to see and hear our citizens dying such unnecessary deaths.
Deaths we could have prevented with a little discipline.
