Teacher training colleges are now tertiary and have to bear some cost. Do they want a Cert A certificate or Diploma which can immediately land them into a Masters program?

The NPP was moving up and down promising to restore the allowance and in addition pay the utility during the 2016 election campaign. So it's not the students who are the problem here. But rather the NPP government used deception just get their votes.

First of all, NPP inherited huge debt from the past government. Secondly, the outgoing government signed unnecessary contacts and employed thousands of people without making any provision as regards to how their salaries would be generated. As a result, the ruling government is struggling to make ends meet. So, the trainees should be patient.

The conmen cane and said that they would restore the allowances, but little did the innocent students know that they were going to pay for utilities and feeding. Hmmm, the reality is now dawning on the students who allowed themselves to be deceived by these power hungry crooks who wanted power by all means, and at whatever cost. Scrapped the allowa of which failure to pay would incur students' wrath and replaced it with feeding grant which was allowed to accumulate for long periods. I want to ask those making these ugly noises, how many of you are teacher trainees? Ask the teacher trainees which they prefer: the current regime or Mahama's regime?

Remember, the NDC's best in government cannot match the npp's worst. All the NDC knows is create, loot and share. We indeed live to see.
