Yes the situation of the disabled are pathetic in Ghana and many are looked down upon. You remember Sam George the pig insulting the CPP Prez candidate.
One of the problems is that our buildings and offices in Ghana do not have elevators. That makes it difficult for government to employ them.
The government should however endeavor to employ them at places where they will not use elevators.

The country was not built with disabilities in mind till recent times and the amount of money involved cannot be handled easily unless we go step by step. Having the law is different from issues on the ground. The law cannot be implemented fully because it's not feasible.

Even his group of companies comprising of hardware stores, construction, painting and even trading and transport businesses, how many disabled men and women has he employed? None... Because of his wealth, instead of him to employ a driver to drive him, he has customized his cars which he the disabled has been driving himself. He should give us break
