  Agreed but oftentimes the embassies make it an arduous task applying for a visa with an ordinary passport irrespective of whether the bearer is an mp or not

  I believe the embassies SHOULD treat MPs different IF AND ONLY IF they are on state missions (as part of their duties).

  I am an ordinary man with no money and influence, yet I have obtained visa for any other country I had applied : the motto is prepare your self well.

  Let us stop blaming holders of Ghana diplomatic passports for wrong doing and put the blame squarely where it belongs. The UK consulate knows good and damn well that the diplomatic passport is issued to the bearer of the pass ...

  Let us stop blaming holders of Ghana diplomatic passports for wrong doing and put the blame squarely where it belongs. The UK consulate knows good and damn well that the diplomatic passport is issued to the bearer of the passport and not all those travelling with the diplomatic passport holder. If that were the legal intent of a diplomatic passport why would those traveling companions need a passport since the diplomatic passport covered all?
