  These Police Officers must be jailed, just as the poor ordinary folks committing similar crimes would be treated.
  
  In fact, these Policemen deserve to serve a longer term in jail, on top of losing their jobs.

  In fact, these Policemen deserve to serve a longer term in jail, on top of losing their jobs.
  
  How could they ever arrest anyone who steals, if they themselves are engaged in burglary? They could also have been involved in many more crimes that never came to light. Such are the type of Police Officers who collude with various criminals to commit heinous crimes against the Communities, help the criminals to escape, and later take their share of any booties obtained.
  
  Don't these Officers know any shame at all? Assuming they have children, how would they explain their subsequent loss of job and incarceration to their kids? Even thinking of the burden that case might impose on their kids in School, for instance, is very scary to me. Ghanaian School kids could sometimes be unforgiving and ridicule fellow students with any association to such a case.
  
  Then also, as funny as it may, initially sound, that a Police Commander's Goat has been stolen by members of his own squad, the egregious impact of this behavior reverberates far and wide. And the Judicial system should show a highest possible concern for this case.
