Local Black Stars for Konadu (if he gets to stay), and Tanko works with Appiah to manage the Black Stars proper. Tanko to work hard scouting and recruiting new talent and help control the locker room.

Even experienced and more accomplished coaches wouldn't do this. This is a recipe for failure. AA will be overworked. Is this what we want? Foolish!
Secondly, if bstars need are aspiring for trophies..then aa must bring on staff with experience winning trophies. Konadu and tank have no such experience so why are u fools suggestion they work with aa? Is this sensible? Why can't u ppl propose Odenkey desailly and razak golden boy to help aa instead? Tanko is experienced but he has no experience winning trophies. He should use his experience to coach a club or coach one of the national teams and prove himself. Bcos of money these ppl always want to use politics to fastback themselves to bstars but they will go there and fail.

We need a well educated, well-traveled ex-footballer with international experience to help Appiah. Konadu and Razak don't have that exposure. Do they even know how to go about getting a nationality switch?

He has also coached. AA can rely on his experience to help him win and afcon trophy and qualify bstars to wcup and even win there also. This is common sense. Tanko and konadu can't help aa in this regard. At least not now...

South will include the remaining five regions.
