What is wrong if they use their spare time to pray for protection. Workers in Ghana need a lot of protection because when the Mel comes it took the Israelis to come and rescue the trapped workers. It is far fetched to say that workers in a particular organization pray 3 hours a day to create the impression that, prayers are being used to perpetuate laziness at the work place. By his example, is he suggesting that, those workers work only 5 hours out of the 8 hours for which they are paid? I can't imagine management sitting to watch whilst such a thing would go on. Please, Mr. Pratt, spare the Christians, and stop exposing them to public ridicule! We need serious prayers to support Ghana's development, you need to know that, there are forces of darkness which are militating against Ghana's development, and it is only "the fervent prayers" of the righteous men and women that can save Ghana. Don't discourage Ghanaians from praying!

No forces of darkness have arrested the development of Ghana. It is the lazy mentality of the Christian majority, always engaged in lengthy unproductive prayer sessions that has arrested our development. Think about it critically! All night church services is a waste of time, causes noise pollution and people cannot have a good night sleep. The effect is that many people sleep on the job, leading to less productivity. Is Ashanti different from other region?. The system was so discriminatory to the extent that any card issued in that region could never be used in any other region. So for instance if a patient or a resident in the Ashanti gets sick in any other region or seek a health care services in any other facilities outside the region, they would be required to pay out of their own pocket. But I am surprised that the people of Kumasi couldn't stand their ground and seek a redress but had to go through this obvious apartheid system all this time.

Only one Black in six is more intelligent than the average White; five Whites out of six are more intelligent than the average Black. Incidently, Black female IQ is 2.4 points higher than Black male IQ. There are twice as many Black females as Black males with IQs over 120, and five times as many Black females as Black males with IQs over 140. About 2.3% of Whites have an IQ of at least 130 (gifted), 20 times greater than the percentage of Blacks who do; only 0.00044% of African Blacks have an IQ over 130. 80% of gifted American Blacks have White admixture. Geniuses by Race (IQ 140 or higher): • African Blacks 1:3,500,000 (0.000003%) • American Blacks 1:218,000 (0.0004%) • Whites 1:83 (1.2%) So, the per capita genius rate for Whites is 41,000 times higher than it is for African Blacks. If all Whites in America were replaced by Blacks, the number of geniuses in the country would fall from about 2.4 million to only about 1,000. The Black-only National Achievement Scholarship was created because Blacks are not competitive for the National Merit Scholarship. IQ by Race and Highest Degree Earned (1972 — 2014): Highest Degree White IQ Black IQ Gap High School Drop-out: 89 82 7 High School Diploma 98 90 8 Junior College Degree 102 95 7 Bachelor's Degree 108 100 8 Graduate Degree 113 102 11 Therefore, a Black with a graduate degree has an IQ equivalent to a White with a junior college degree. Blacks can only achieve because they are mixed with White genes or because they reside in White societies. Too few of them are smart enough to even build sufficient infrastructure to allow the Black intellectual elite to achieve. The American Psychological Association declares, "...large differences do exist between the average IQ scores of Blacks and Whites, and that these differences cannot be attributed to biases in test construction."

So work place prayers should be encouraged but organised within a specified time frame.

First, for those who think blacks are incapable of imagination, they are wrong. The black race is not monolithic. There are major black doctors, engineers, and whatever profession you can think off. The idea of blacks being inferior to the white race is a propaganda brought about by Eugenics in the eightheenth century.
The reason why blacks and/ or other race are not good at invention cannot be explained by a goon who thinks it's ok to get their point across, using racial hatered.
Here in America, where racism is known to be ubiquitous, you can't submit such venom to a news site and have it approved for the consumption of the general public- it will backfire on you.
But having said that I implore my fellow Ghanaians not to use quality work hours to impede economic production . It's ok to serve your God in your own convenience.
It's probably religion that's preventing us from been imaginative in thoughts. Why think of organ transplant if there is a God who can heal through players?Major scientis in the west are uncovering the vastness of our universe and other galaxies. From proxima b to the Andromeda galaxies, there is more to our universe than what the Bible purports. Thus the existence of God or Devine intervention is probably not true. But we cannot prove it. Just do your faith thing but not at the expense of economic productivity.
And let's stop racial hate red and belittling.

Mr Pratt, this time I don't agree with you. What is wrong if in the morning people working in an environment gathering to pray for few minutes in one accord to start the days job ? This practice in the past helped many companies to grow expanded , saw or knew no CORRUPTION at work places , made committed .hardworking workers. Out of theses prayers and scriptures, many people surrender certain habits. Mr Pratt, praying doesn't make people lazy, people get energized and become active. God bless you.
