They intentionally stifled it just to make sure u dont get it passed so in the event they win power they can come , do it and get the credit and what dont u understand. When u are in power u behave as if you are rather in opposition, hob-nobbing with these thieves and when power slips through your fingers u start complaining. You had all the power to pass that bill but u decided to court NPP's foolishness. As for NDC if you do not change this attitude of yours and the next time you get power behave like u have power and get things done you will be doomed. Mark it. NPP is made up of vultures, they feed on every and anything
