  You people are fools,Woyome has gotten a huge interest on that amount and could pay back the money with interest, was like he got a Loan from the bank to do business and pay back with interest. He did not loose nothing but rather gained hugely from the government. Any Ghanaian for that matter could also turn that amount around for a huge profit and pay interest on it.
