Secondly, if he is a good lawyer he would have realized that by allowing AMERI to buy their tickets and book hotels for him and his girlfriend Vicky Bright(who he bonked in Dubai), it is a conflict of interest which we laymen even know. By the way, Tsatsu had a first class degree but Phillip Addison boss had a third class. Finally, Tsatsu went to Oxford and was a lecturer while Addison went to Makola Law School and was collecting bribe at the Circuit Court.
