NPP rule from 2001 - 2008 led by Ex. Prez J. A Kuffour and from 2009-2012 July 24th rule by Prof. Mills then from 24th July 2012 - 2016 December by JM. If you will be fair why will you blame someone who rule for 4 years without blaming the one who rule 8 years? If we will not help the people of Asinesi to find solutions to their plight then let us stop apportion blame.
