  In your own warped conscience, why won't he sack them?, these goons displayed such a selective methods in their services, why would they impose a different system of services known as the CAPITATION on the Ashanti region?! Is Ashanti different from other regions ?. The system was so discriminatory to the extent that any card issued in that region could never be used in any other region. So for instance if a patient or a resident in the Ashanti gets sick in any other region or seek a health care services in any other facilities outside the region, they would be required to pay out of their own pocket. But I am surprised that the people of Kumasi couldn't stand their ground and seek a redress but had to go through this obvious apartheid system all this time.

What you are talking of is different thing all together unrelated to this topic and you claim you are living in New York. What kind f logic is in your posting?

  Maths, please don't mind Steven from New York. Tribalism has gotten to him so he doesn't even know what he's talking about. The people are the ones who'll be suffering as of next week so let's hope the government is able to resolve this amicably so no unnecessary deaths occur. By and large, it is the failure of our system for things to degenerate to this extent. But I'm sure 'government' will find money to treat its own abroad should they have a medical emergency. God help Ghanaians. But with people like this thinking, why will we not remain backwards?
