The ban on drumming and noise making in the Accra Metropolis is becoming counter productive with the fact that Accra is not the little city it used to be, but a big capital metropolis of the Republic of Ghana with all sort of people and businesses stationed out there for the economic benefits of the country.Enforcement of such old type of traditional laws destroys the interest of foreign companies to establish here in the country and must be seen to be changed to modern principles.It is also sad for the traditional Authorities to ban clapping of hands to the Almighty God in churches to praise him for all the benefits he has bestowed upon all humanity including Ghanaians.

Ever heard the saying "What is good for the gander is good for the goose"? Gas will have to preserve their culture and its traditions and it is not for you tell them what to do and what not to do since it will be counterproductive.

There was a ban on drumming and noise making during the burial of one person queenmother in Kumasi. I suppose that one was very good and should be supported by all buy not the cultural tradition of others
