  Why was the police officer driving uninsured motor vehicle, if yes he must be jailed . In any way the police officer much be charged with reckless driving, endangering the life of pedestrian, and if he is not having third party insurance or liability coverage he must be charged with driving without insurance.

  CARE if this is in PLACE in GHANA'S INSURANCE
  ACT. This is a NECESSITY .
