  In many parts of the world, professionals after qualification, irrespective of training fundings by govts, are not promised jobs via any bonding or whatever other means.

  In many parts of the world, professionals after qualification, irrespective of training fundings by govts, are not promised jobs via any bonding or whatever other means.
  They compete for the available jobs.
  Why can't the same be in Gh?
  Govt should not be held to any ransom, sometimes very rudely or disrespectfully.
  This bonding scheme has outlived its usefulness because many private colleges have popped up and are training more of these professionals.
  Pretty soon, there is likely to be a glut of of them and what will the govt then do?
  Let supply and demand laws operate in this labour market NOW.
