Dr Jay, criminals around the world tend to have better weapons than law enforcement, especially in Europe and in the US so it is not unheard of at all.

our criminal justice system is weak. criminals such as armed robbers and thieves are treated with kid gloves by the courts. all that they need to do is to hire a lawyer who then conspires with the judge by given him his share of the fee and then grant the criminals bail just for them to jump bail. the next time u see these same criminals back on the streets committing the same crime again.
