Dr Jay, criminals around the world tend to have better weapons than law enforcement, especially in Europe and in the US so it is not unheard of at all.

our criminal justice system is weak. criminals such as armed robbers and thieves are treated with kid gloves by the courts. all that they need to do is to hire a lawyer who then conspires with the judge by given him his sh ... read full comment
