So what happens to those motorcycle riders who also doesn't obey to stop when the red light is on? How many times have the police arrested drivers who also overspeed and drive careless when driving in some town roads.

The solution is to put cameras in vulnerable intersections. I was caught once in New York City because I was in a hurry to catch a flight to Ghana. Paid fifty dollar fine, and that was enough to deter me from making that mist ...
