On voting day people went looking for Lordina on the ballot to vote for her and once she was not on it, they went back home without casting their vote. Lordina should contest the next election . Bogus campaign with bogus campaign managers

  This letter was signed for,moreover what investigation did the minister do to conclude that the chief is innocent,its very for a chief to be accused of engaging in an illegal act.

  Stop lying and trying to be nice to the Okyemhene, how come other Akyem Chiefs have been able to stop and ban GALAMSEY in their traditional areas and the Okyemhene has not been able to do the same?

  I believe the chiefs are the first respondent of land acquisition for local development. Consequently, the operators to begin work of such caliber must have been approved by the chief of that region.
  All it takes, as I have heard, a bag load of thousands of Cedis and you got it. An investigation of such magnitude is the beginning/opportunity to re-write the procedures and the personnel protocols.

  Point of correction please. In the above article on the Okyehene and galamsey, the author describe Nana Amoatia Ofori Panyin as a" KING". The Kyebi Hene Is not a king but a Paramount chief. He does not have Paramount chiefs under him. All sub chiefs are war lords named OSAHENE. Besides, The Akyems have three States, Akyem Kotoku with Oda as the head quarters, Bosome with Akyem Swedru as head quarters and Abuakwa with Kyebi as the Head quarters. All the three states are headed by Paramount chiefs and no one is under the other. Unlike Asante where the Otumfuor is the supreme head of the over 70 Paramount Chiefs who swears to him and has powers to destool them when they violates the great oath if Asante. This article is not to denigrate the Kyebi Paramount Chief but to correct.
