Instead of thinking of the workers welfare and pushing management to meet them, you are rather allowing union politics to divert ur course. Government should step in immediately, bcos management have lost total control of the yard and things have gotten out of hand. From the look of things, the bitter rivalry between MDU & PSMDU if not managed very well and immediately could lead to something else. Director General should put his foot on the ground and act immediately.
