  Let me tell you is no 83% is 100% who don't have ID Cards make sure that you don't used Kuffour ID card again. That is not ID card. Prof, Attafour if you mistake bring that ID card again you will see. Foolish man

  This is real money, REVENUE to change the living standards of the average Ghanaian. How effectively can taxes work and equally distributed in the country if we are not serious about these IDs?

  What is wrong with our managers at the Ministries? Don't you have vision? Don't you realize a satisfied people validate your positions?
  I was in Ghana recently and oh my goodness, Accra is burning. There are no trees along the road sides to give some shelter; the ocean breeze all blocked by houses; the roads are encroached, in fact under siege by street hawkers.
  This is a disgrace. SHAMEFUL. There is NO city planning going on.

  The current system is not working. Issuing out cards will end up a total failure and waste of resources.
  A comprehensive solution is required. And government investment is required for the promotion of the program.
