  On a cool April night in 2016, a couple gathered in a provincial town north of Paris.
  The guests were mostly the family and friends of the speaker, France's Economy Minister, Emmanuel Macron. It was a low key event - the simple room unadorned, the minister 's wife taking notes in the front row.
  
  "It felt like being at a wedding, according to one account - "a small room, emotion, speech". In fact, it was a birth.
  After holding forth for an hour on the future of French industry and employment, Macron delivered the message he he'd come to convey - the launch of a new political movement, En Marche! (On the Move!)
  It was a bold move for a man working at the heart of France's Socialist Movement. Brought into politics by Francois Hollande, Macron was seen as the president's protege, perhaps destined for greatness in the future. Few had any inkling he would make a bid for it so soon.
  So on that night in Amiens there were no flags to herald the new movement, no tv cameras, no campaign leaflets. Yet, in less than a year its young leader has overtaken the country's established politicians to become the country's president - the most rapid political coming-of-age France has ever seen.
  
  Now he is the President
  
  If these two main political parties continue to fail us, let's have our acts right as bona fide citizens to see off these rogues. We can start a movement and start it now.

This man change the enterprise software that required only $ 90,000 to upgrade to oracle at the whopping cost of $1.5 million chop chop, as we I write the Oracle is not functioning and he is moving heaven and earth to change it back to the Orion software at an cost of $200,000.
  Hold it this is a guy who was catch at multimedia by a KPMG report to have manipulated the enterprise software to change figures.

  Why do Ghanaian leaders entrusted to protect us stoop so low? It is disgraceful and backward when they sell their conscience without thinking about future generations. Have they forgotten that they will die one day and leave behind all the ill-gotten money and properties they corruptly grab. Surely all such miscreants in our society must be severely punished to deter the others from doing the same thing. We need new order in the Ghanaian society from now on - a bitter change for a better Ghana.
