This shameful celebration must be banned . The murder of Acheampong, Afrifa, Gen. Akuffo as well as several unarmed Ghanaians, without trial, on charges of corruption by a group of corrupt young soldiers and their cronies should have been a case for prosecution and punishment. They call it Revolution / Uprising . There was no Revolution. There were arrests and cold blooded killings. Rawlings must count himself lucky that he did not suffer the fate of Charles Taylor. The fact that he left office and made way for democracy after hanging on to power for almost 20 years without any sensible developement is no excuse.......I think the relatives of those he killed must bring him to court for prosecution, just like it was done in
