    It behoves on all of us to keep Accra clean. We're all to blame for this filth which has engulfed the country. It's a shame. How can you clean your house and leave your environment.

    I propose that when we get enough money as a country, collection of refuse should be free. This will enable those who cannot afford including squatters, those in slums avoid putting rubbish in drains and on parks.
