  The NPP is a clever and intelligent party.A lot of people see tribalism on the part of His excellency Nana Addo but l see otherwise. You know the NDC has been preordained since the inception of democracy in '92 to select the electoral commissioner .The NPP has their share in selecting the chief justice.This lady will retire in two years. At the end of the two years Nana and Bawumia will still be ruling Ghana.If at the end of two years the NPP thinks it will lose the 2020 elections ,they will bypass Jones Dotse and select a young judge to head the supreme court who will be at the helm of affairs even after the Npp has been kicked out of office after one presidential term.If the Npp is sure they will win the 2020 elections the next chief justice will be Jones Dotse.So when Jones Dotse retires after three years when he is 70 the NPP still has the mandate to select the person who will be chief justice.Mark my words.This is not tribalism as some people are prone to write on Ghana web but l believe it is political tactics.I am not a politician but I believe with my amateur knowledge this is what they are planning.Please don't read tribalism into all these things.I however stand to be corrected.

  I salute Nana and his Cabinet for their bold decision in appointing Justice Sophia Akuffo as the new Chief Justice of Ghana.Apart from her excellent Qualifications  for this position, the appointment demonstrates the Respect for women in the nation building in Ghana.Everybody knows the immense contribution of Ghanaian women in all spheres of life in  the country and once again, Nana and his Cabinet
  have  demonstrated the country´s Recognition of the important Role which Ghanaian women play in the development of the  country.
  Finally,  my advise to Nana is to ignore the possible misinterpretations of this Appointment  from those who always want to use such an occasion to promote their own diabolocal motives in the country
