  Read again and note the phrase "conservative exchange rate" In any case the figure will be bigger than quoted if they use proper exchange rates and add interest and all that.

  It seemed to me on my visit that the Park was a total waste of money - and space. Hardly anyone was there either on the Saturday or the Sunday I visited. Probably because too few can afford the entrance fee.
