There is wisdom in pegging the age at 40 years. At least, it reduces the risk of having one of those "small small SAKAWA boys" or "babies with sharp teeth" as our president.

Okujato,Ofosu kwakye what did they do only stealing women wasting tax payers money and nothing happened to them.we cannot afford 40yr old since there's no measures in place.the older will think a little bit.
