Today is mothers' day in the USA but not the whole world. Canada which borders the USA has a different date for its mothers' day. And so are many other countries. However, some countries have chosen the USA date via executive or legislative process. The last time I checked Ghana has never declared any day as mothers' yet. Just follow, follow!
