A whole minister of State can not sell his country for sexual favors. It is a disgrace to the whole country. Does this Ayariga has wives and children? THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH THE POLICE, THE WORLD OVER... ALWAYS TRYING TO PROTECT THEIR OWN. BY DOING SO THEY END UP DISCREDITING THEMSELVES.
