  You guys should wake up and smell the coffee or cocoa. You are so backward. Could you not read that the project was planned for before Kojo Bonsu was appointed? Hence, he getting the land free and making the project less cheaper through his negotiation skills.
  
  You should be grateful for once in your lives. Yes there are few physical structures on the land. Yes, only naibe people who are box in their little minds will trend this course. Do you even know how much it cost to plant good green grass? Do you know how much it to even dug a manhole not to talk of a swimming pool. This fountain is not any of the above mentioning project. So, before you start tgrowing stones at him, think, ask and research before you opened your stinking mouths to make stupid comments. If he is thief, the law is there to deal with him.
  
  Today, we have a place to relax, exercise, rejuvenate, think and read books apart from our usual fufu joints, funerals and one way lifestyle.
  
  Those of us who have travelled do appreciate this project.
