Returnee Black Stars coach Kwasi Appiah is set to be unveiled at midday Tuesday together with a new look backroom.
Starrsportsgh.com gathers only two members of the erstwhile technical team of the senior national team were maintained. They include video analyst Michael Okyere and long-serving equipment officer Ismail Hamidu.
There are no real surprises as the GFA could be confirming a number of the names that have made rounds in the media circles for close to two months.
Ibrahim Tanko and Maxwell Konadu will deputize head coach Kwasi Appiah as first and second assistants respectively in the Black Stars ‘A’ team.
Ex-captain Stephen Leroy Appiah is set to be announced the new Team Manager, replacing Sabahn Quaye while Richard Kingson takes over from Nasam Yakubu as trainer of goalkeepers.
Starrsportsgh.com can also confirm that a specialist in Sport Medicine, Dr. Chris Adomako replaces Dr. Adam Baba as the Black Stars team doctor. Dr. Adomako has been serving as the Vice Chairman of the Ghana FA medical team since it was reconstituted last year.
Kwasi Appiah’s unveiling has been scheduled for the GFA Secretariat Conference room at Ridge in Accra.
