Wise man. You are short sighted in vision. A country can have 100 years plan. If they know their needs and where they want to be at , at every point along the way. So 40 years development plan is not too far.

I'm 60 so I will be a fool to expect to be around in 40 yrs but my children and grand children will still be around so I still make long term investments.
