Characters like you are ill-advising the gentleman. Neither his lawyers nor the court can compel the GOG to keep him at post. Educate yourselves on the Labour Laws. If he goes on this kind of trajectory he's chosen he can even lose his job completely. He needs a cool head to handle this matter. But unfortunately he appears very arrogant for me, I may be wrong though. I wish him good luck.

The government can also send a security guard, not police to escort you out from the hospital and place a perpetual injunction on you from ever steping foot at the The Greater Accra Regional Hospital. Now to you Dr. Anaba, is it true that you bought for yourself a pick up truck at the cost of Ghcs400,000.00 using the hospital? A orudent manager will cut cost and not spend when the money is not there. There is smelly fish at your department and the only way to get a true and accurate acessment is for to lrave the scene Anaba, failing of which they can fire you. In the case where he has signed a contract with the Health Ministry, then all the contractual agreement should be adhered to because a contract is a contract. However, if he has done something wrong (say corruption or any other malpractices) which is against the rules and laws of the country, then he should face the law. The minister has said you haven't been dismissed but have been transferred to where you came from, UDS. So what is your beef?

Another man I'm waiting to hear about his removal is that Akpaloo at Okomfo Anokye who used $100000 to buy a v8 for himself when the lifting system of the hospital had then broken down. All the greedy people mahama placed on some institutions will soon know their fate.

PEOPLE SHOULD ASK WHY THE HOSPITAL STAFF PROTESTED AGAINST HIS (Dr. Anaba)IMPOSITION RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING. Before the previous director vacated the post for retirement there was a deputy (a Doctor of remarkable repute and a senior to Dr. Anaba)who worked closely with the retired director for years, well known by the Health Ministry and the Medical Counsel, and liked by the staff. When this Anaba was being imposed on the Hospital, even the then Minister didn't like it but succumb to the pressure of the "Northern Force". If the then minister will be honest he will tell the people what he did in the event of the staff protests, or shut up. THE NPP SHOULD NOT BE KIDDISH AND TELL IT AS IT IS....THAT THIS ANABA IS A POLITICAL APPOINTEE, AND THAT THEY ARE CORRECTING THE WRONG OF THE PAST GOVERNMENT BY PUTTING IN PLACE THE RIGHT REPLACEMENT OF THE RETIRED DIRECTOR. Dr. Anaba can be transferred to continue his contract with all the benefits somewhere else. If Dr. Anaba were to be sincere he should have anticipated this and advised himself by refusing to be part of the game of political appointments. Same will happen to anybody who is brought from outside by the NPP without considering the more experienced internal employees. That will constitute political appointment, and should be borne in mind that "NEW KING, NEW LAW". Unless sanity and morals coupled with laid down rules are followed the situation of this kind will persist.

and more importantly Dr Anaba was appointed by the Ghana health service council after an interview with many other Doctors. The npp can use the same Ghana health service council to revoke the appointment which whatever flimsy excuse.

This comparison of Dr Prof Frimpong is totally based on ignorance because doctor Frimpong was over retirement age. his position was appointed in 2002 as honorary ceo by the minister of health not the Ghana health service though i don't like the fact that he was sacked.

You can do all the development but remember tribal sentiments move the ordinary people than economics.
